Return Policy

While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, considering the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been opened or used.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Please note the following terms:
– All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection by the WARDI Team.
– Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our policy.
– Special rules for promotional offers may override our Exchange/Returns Policy.
– Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your exchange request is placed with our customer care team, it typically takes 3 business days for product pickup and another 7 business days for processing, subject to product inspection. If you’re returning the product on your own, delivery time depends on your chosen courier.
Please ship the product to the following address: Vardi Enterprises, Plot No. 227, VPO Dhulsiras Sector 24, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077. Upon receipt, the product undergoes inspection, which takes approximately 7 business days.
Once the exchange is accepted, we’ll initiate a refund within 10-15 working days to the original payment source.

To request a return/exchange/refund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email admin@wardi.co.in within 3 days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide your order ID details and request for return/replace/refund. Include an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
Step 3: Once we receive the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact, in saleable condition, we’ll initiate the process.

– The final price of exchanged products must equal or exceed the price of returned items.
– Exchanged products are dispatched after the returned item passes inspection.
– If you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the difference via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
– You can exchange any number of items, provided the final price of exchanged products is equal to or greater than the price of returned items.

Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Prepare your item in its original packaging, mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the box, and include the original invoice.
